当快乐来敲门英文观后感(一)

Will Smith plays Chris Gardner, a struggling sales man that is doing everything he can to keep his act together, however, lately he makes little to no money and the bills keep piling up.His wife, tired of the situation leaves him and goes to New York to work in a restaurant.Subsequently everything that could go wrong does go wrong and Chris and his young son end up homeless. Now his only hope is to succeed at a stockbroker internship at Dean Witter and be chosen to work there which would turn his life around...Based on a true story, The Pursuit of Hapyness has all the right ingredients, plus Will Smith's performance is not only perfect but probably the best of his career. He may not choose his films very wisely but the man can definitely act,for instance, there's a very emotional scene towards the end of the movie,it lasts less then a minute but it is some of the finest acting I've seen lately. The on-screen chemistry between Will Smith and Jayden Smith is great and makes the viewer really care and root

for the characters.Overall its a great story of hope, of working hard to achieve things,of not giving up... I dare you to watch this movie and not feel like you can do more in your life, that you can and should go after your dreams and not settle for anything less.

当快乐来敲门英文观后感(二)

The Pursuit of Happiness

I was fortunate to see the film on our English lesson. The film brings me many moving moments and touches the bottom of my heart. It tells me what dream means for our life and inspires me to pursue my happiness.

The film originates from the true story of Chris Gardner, a famous American investment expert. The man, Will Smith, was confronted with a series of shock, unemployment, divorcement and homelessness. At that time, he was totally reduced to the bottom of the pyramid in society. Despite extreme poverty and continuous obstacles, Will Smith lived a happy life with his son.

During the part of the film, I feel depressed about their life. Where there are tides, where there are truest emotions and deepest feelings. What moves me most is the scene at the basketball court of Will Smith and his son.”You have a dream, you got to protect it.” Will Smith inspired his son and himself.” People can't do something themselves, they wanna tell you you can't do it. If you want something, go get it.” Will Smith perceived the most important thing on his way to happiness, when he was instructing his son. It’s not gift but persistence that holds the dream and brings you to the path of success and happiness. What he needs to do is only to hold on and move on without fears and tears.

At last, I was glad to see the success of Will Smith. He passed the entrance interview and became a stockbroker. He went to his great lengths to learn about the new business and finally gained millions.

“You have a dream, you got to protect it.” Keep it in mind, which must be a great motivation through our rough times. Let the dream blaze our trail and happiness is waiting for us nearby.

当快乐来敲门英文观后感(三)

If you've ever been poor, this movie may be hard to watch. It depicts poverty in America in gut wrenchingly accurate ways. I've been as poor as Chris Gardner, and, like him, I've been poor among very rich people in the Bay Area while trying to work my way up.

Chris Gardner is a loving father and failing businessman. He is chosen for a petitive internship at Dean Witter, a stock brokerage. The internship, which offers Chris a very long shot at a better life, doesn't pay any salary. Chris has to live without a salary for six months while risking just about everything for that long shot gamble.

Chris is really smart. He can solve a Rubrik's cube in minutes. But, he's poor. Poverty, like an octopus, keeps trying to suck him down to the bottom, and make him stay there.

His car is towed. His wife walks out on him, leaving him with a five year old son. He is arrested for unpaid traffic tickets. He bees homeless. He has to rely on a homeless shelter.

All this while, he must appear for work in the morning in a suit and tie, and be ready to charm some of the wealthiest and most powerful people in the Bay Area. These people take wealth so much for granted that two of them stiff him for cab fare.

Having lived through similar experiences, I cringed throughout this movie. My stomach hurt. I winced.I cried. I hugged my knees to my chest.

The movie is very accurate, but painful to watch. I hope a lot of rich people, who think that they understand poverty, see it.

This movie will be politically controversial. First of all, it doesn't touch the race issue with a ten foot pole. For example, when Chris appears to stiff a taxi driver for fare (it was really the rich white guy who failed to pay), the taxi driver never uses the “n” word. In real life, I think he probably would have.

Is the movie afraid to talk about race, or does it not want to? I don't know, but I know that some will protest the movie's not shoving race in the movie goer's face. I'm not one of those people. The movie's approach to race -- treating it as almost incidental -- worked for me. As a poor white person, I can tell you that poor white people face the same obstacles Chris did.

Second, does the movie sell the message that if you work hard, you will succeed, no matter what, and does that message tell the truth about success in America? I think that the movie is open to interpretation. Some will see it as an indictment of poverty in America. The scene of carefree rich people driving past the line to get into a homeless shelter is pretty devastating. Other people will bee angry because they believe that the movie's depiction of hard work leading to rewards, in some cases, is too facile. I disagree, but that's what you'll hear.

Third, is this movie meant to chastise black men who abandon their children? Chris is a role model exactly because he moves heaven and earth to be a good father to his son. This will be debated back and forth.

The movie has a big philosophical statement to make, that has been lost on many reviewers, for example, Richard Schickel in TIME.

Chris is shown running throughout the movie. Remember the title of the movie: “The PURSUIT of Happiness.” Chris places emphasis on “pursuit.” Jefferson, when he penned the Declaration of Independence, did not promise Americans happiness, but only the right to pursue it. Chris says, at one point in the movie, paraphrase, “I am happy right now. It is a fleeting moment.” We experience happiness in eyeblinks. The rest of the time we, like Chris, are chasing after it.

当快乐来敲门英文观后感(六)

Today, the school organization to see - "The Pursuit of Happiness", after watching, I have a deep experience.

"The Pursuit of Happiness" is about a young man named Will Smith, married, due to career difficulties, poor life, so - separated from his wife, housing was confiscated, had to live alone with a minor son wandering around. Will Smith had to make a living selling bone density scanners to hospitals. But he came across some exciting news: stockbrokers don't necessarily need a college degree or something. They just need to be good at money management and interpersonal relationships. Knowing this, he immediately went to the manager of Witter Securities. With his persistence and knowledge, and with the help of a small Rubik's cube, he got the support and recognition of the manager and got an internship opportunity. However, twenty people took the exam and only one of them could pass the exam, which was undoubtedly very difficult for Will Smith. But Will Smith finally passed the test and became a clerk in The Vitter Company, and from then on he opened the door to happiness.

The hero, Will Smith, goes through many ups and downs, and finally lives a happy life. This undoubtedly tells us that only through the wind and rain, can we see the rainbow. In the plex modern society, no one's life is plain sailing, there will be difficulties, it depends on how you treat it, as long as you persist in efforts, all the difficulties will be stepped on the foot to help you climb the stairs.

It is the same with study. Only by studying hard can we get good grades. A good example is the election of Lincoln as President. Lincoln participated in 23 major job hunting in his life, and failed in the first 22 times. However, when he ran for the presidency for the 23rd time, the masses were moved by his perseverance, which made him bee the President.

After watching "The Pursuit of Happiness", let me deeply realize: only after wind and rain, can wind rainbow, as long as you insist on hard, you will have success.

当快乐来敲门英文观后感(七)

Recently, I have read a book named The Pursuit of Happiness. May be you have already seen the movie. But as for the spirit which can only described by the words, I have made a choice which is reading the book by myself. It?s a very famous story and many people are moved by this story. When I close my eyes and think about my real world. Is there any trouble that I can?t deal with exist? No, of cause not. Think about Chris Gardner, the hero of this book. How difficult the situation is when he gets no job, no money?

Chris hasn?t seen his father until the age of 28. So he swears that he must be a great father for his son ----Christopher. But thinking about his career and the badly-off current. He has to lead his kid hang out every hospital to sell the bone scanners for money. Accidentally, he knows that act as a bill broker merely calls for knowledge of numbers. So he tried to find a manager in this field who named Jay twistie. With the help of persistence, interesting words and a Rubik?s cube, he acquires a chance of being an intern in Jay?s pany. But there is only one person from six interns can be hired after six months? non-wage work. It?s too difficult for Chris. At this moment, Chris? wife leaves them two and move to New York. In the cause of no enough money, Chris and his son lose their house. They even live in the public washroom. Everything es to him who waits. Finally, Chris wins the job and creates his own pany. Yes, he makes it!

The major goal of studying hard in college is getting a great job when graduate. In my mind, after four-year-study, finding job is an unworried thing. Although we may find ourselves deeply in a terrible situation, it won?t be worse anymore. But what the hero has experienced pletely turned my mind head to feet. We are those people who settling in a fortable world——school. And it?s time to thinking about the way to facing up with the petitive, cure and variety of burden of society.

This real story is the most impressive one for me. It is difficult to believe that the person who is the most successful business man used to sleeping in the washroom. As far as I?m consider, those troubles which occur on Chris are unbelievable, because it?s hard to image a people can overe such difficult troubles. But Chris can make it! In the last few years, I have had to face many “tiny” troubles. I even have the thought of giving up. But now, I am not afraid of those troubles. And I believe this sentence: Everything es to him who waits! The door of success which Chris opened evenly is not only his hope, but also the sign to everyone.

Here are some sentences which may help everyone: Don?t ever let somebody tell you, you can't do something, not even me. And this one: You got a dream, you gotta protect it. People can't do something themselves, they wanna tell you you can't do it. If you want something, go get it. Period. And please keep them in mind, then ?go get it?!

The reaction to the film 《the pursuit of happiness》

This film is about a poor father called Christ Gardner. He met his father at 26.He wanted to change the situation of the family. He bought 50 bone scanners ,he wanted to sale these by 240 dollars to make a change. But he failed. Most of the doctors think it as a useless and expensive machine .Because of that ,Christ had to find out other ways to make it. With the help of a magic cube ,he succeeded getting a chance to practice in Dean Witter,he want to be a stockbroker, because he meet a person who own a wonderful car,he ask him how to make it ,and he got the answer that he was a stockbroker. But there are 20 person attending this practice. But at last ,only one person will be hired. And to make matters worse, during the 6 months of the practice, there are no salary. This is the ifficult time for Christ and his son ,for his wife left him and went to New York, and the money they selled the scanners was taken by overnment because they didn’t pay the tax,of course they did not go any warn before.During that tim

当快乐来敲门英文观后感(九)

The practical significance about The pursuit of happiness

Through one-week English videos training, I have learnt a lot. Today I will show the practical significance about the pursuit of happiness.

As we know that the film is about a father who wants to be an investment expert, and how can he be an investment expert. The way to be an investment expert is not easy, but at last the hero succeeded in making his dream true.

The film tells us that the process to get the happiness is difficult, and let me know we should treasure it.

“You have a dream, you got to protect it!” the hero said to his son. From this word, I learn that one person who has a dream must live for his dream. If we cant insist on the dream, the dream just is a day-dream, and we have no energy to life well. The word tells us that no matter how the difficulty is big, we just need to see the achievement after the difficulty, no difficulty is difficult. Like the word from Li Ning anything is possible.

We can also see that as a father, must establish a good image for his child, just like the hero. He teaches his son through his action, and he never give up. The hero was born in a single parent family and he does not want his son like him, so he protects son carefully after his wife going away, and never let his son feel fear and lonely. He also encourage his son to keep his dream.

In the film, the hero does things actively. He always runs for his work and life. A view that shows he runs for his work that selling a machine, and we can imagine that whats the result if the hero would not run for his machine. Maybe he will feel disappointed for a long time. Another view that shows his running for the sleep place, what a pity that he was too late, and the end is that he sleep in the toilet with his little son and keep the toilet door close stubbornly. So from the two views we should know that when we do anything, must be active, and if not, the bad result, just like the result in the film, would be ing ruthlessly.

The film brings us a good deal of enlightenment. With its practical significance, we will have more spirits to participate in the future work, just like the hero never gave up, and give my families happiness, then to be a better man.

After watching this film, we can also find another perspective. In America the unemployment is general. If we watch carefully, we would find that there are many unemployed people, so we can see that America is not a good country as we think. Many people have the American dream, and in their mind that if you are in America, you will be a successful man. But actually, thats wrong. In America, you have the opportunities to be a successful man, but you must strive after a lofty ideal.

当快乐来敲门英文观后感(十)

"You got a dream, you gotta protect it. Don't ever let somebody tell youyou can't do something, or people who can't do anything try to tell you youcan't either." This is a line from the Pursuit of Happiness. There is no doubtthat happiness is the permanent state that everyone hopes to get in their life. However, not everyone can be strong enough to have it all the time.

Comments on the Pursuit of Happiness.

One hundred people have a hundred understandings of happiness. Chris'spursuit of happiness in life lies not only in the endless pace but also in thepersistence of his dream. Chris is hard, he's lucky, he's hard.

Happiness for some people is food and clothing, is the pany, but in thisfilm I saw the initial outline of happiness, is to adhere to, is to endure, isto make their own growth and bee stronger. However, the success of all thisis nothing but rain and sunshine, dripping water through stone, only hard, canfind the ideal of the shape.

After watching the movie, I thought a lot. Everyone has a dream goal, somejust talk fast, some in countless hurry to bury it in this era. It doesn't meanyou can't be happy without dreams, but you can't experience the happiness ofdreams without dreams.

When I was young, happiness may really be a piece of candy; When you growup, happiness may turn into a smile and a helping hand. No matter how big thedream, no matter how much happiness, no matter how fast The Times, no matterwhether alone, please remember: the world has the ultimate reality, there is theultimate ideal.

当快乐来敲门英文观后感(十一)

Leo Tolstoy said, "Happiness lies in living, but life in working." For an unhappy family, happiness is so far away, but the hero of the Pursuit of Happiness negates it all with his blood.

He lived in a single-parent family until he found his real father at age 28. He was fired from a securities firm, failed many times in his job, and later turned to selling medical equipment, which was stolen by thieves; He runs around, but no one wants to buy his equipment. He was jailed for parking and being unable to pay back the money; He tried his best to keep his family, but his wife left home resolutely. When he was on the verge of bankruptcy, he still worked hard to do his single responsibility, dedicated to raising his son, always guard beside his son. He is obviously so unfortunate, tragic, but he always believe: as long as today hard enough, happiness will e tomorrow, for the future of his son, he had to bite the bullet, pull himself together, everywhere to knock on the door of opportunity, finally he finally chase their dream, bee a successful investment expert.

In an ordinary person, I saw his firm, tenacious, responsible and the kind of face cold eyes not to promise, in this era of everything, in the eyes of these children who are not yet minors, not sensible of independence, how to experience his hard and struggling experience. However, in the usual study and life, we have not encountered heavy difficulties and setbacks, but we have not like the father, challenge their own limits, bear the cold eyes and ridicule of others, in the direction of their dreams!

This movie pletely changed my view on happiness. All things are lost before I want to cherish them.Cherish now, is to enjoy happiness. Happiness is around us, every happiness is hard-won. We should cherish the happy life our parents have created for us and face all the difficulties in study and life correctly. No matter what happens, we have no reason to plain, no reason to escape. As long as there is faith, there is infinite power. Only unremitting efforts, happiness will eventually knock!

当快乐来敲门英文观后感(十二)

Review of the Pursuit of Happyness

The university has organized us to watch the movie the Pursuit of Happyness. The movie draws its materials from life. It portrays a man, Chris Gardner, who is walking bankruptcy, how to raise his son as a single parent and struggle to be a stock trader.

There is something in the world. It has no shape, no color, and no weight. It can’t be seen or touched, but everyone wants it. That’s happiness.

The spell of happyness in the title is wrong, which echoes a scene at the beginning of the movie. Chris noticed the word and told his son “There is an i in happiness. There is no y. It’s an i. ” It means that we should pursue happiness ourselves instead of asking why.

Chris Gardner hardly worked from everyday morning to night, but still couldn’t make a change. At last, his wife couldn’t endure and left away, just leaving him and their five-year-old son. What’s more, he had no money to pay for the rent. They became homeless and slept in anywhere.

One sentence I always hear in this movie is “Everything will be

fine”, and Linda often said “Whatever” to express her no-choice situation. Sometimes we may get trapped in daily life, but why would you give in to it? Why could you give up? We ought to fight against all the obstacles in our ways to success!

To Chris, everything is life was hard. However, he didn’t accept defect easily. He gave up the job to sell a kind of medicinal machine and tried as much as he could to bee a broker, which was his new dream.

Even worse, he was arrested for unpaid traffic tickers before the day of interviewing. He had to attend the interview with dirty clothes.

Fortunately, he convinced a financial manager that he was intelligent by playing with a Rubik’s Cube. This manager offered him an opportunity to be a probationary clerk. There were twenty people attending the practice and only one could be hired. Moreover, there is no salary during the six months practice. Finally, he won in the exam to be the only formal clerk in twenty people. His tears nearly ran out when he heard the good news. Happiness came a little late for him, but better late than never.

Chris is a man with purpose. He encouraged his son “Don’t ever let someone tell you that you can’t do something”. It also said to himself. I also admire Christopher. Although he and his father usually had a hard time and even had no place to stay, he was determined to trust his father and never plain.

I remember that in order to catch up with the scanners, Chris was knocked down by a car. He looked for his shoe groveling on the road without checking himself being hurt or not. Is shoe so important for him? Sure, as for a man whose account was only 21 dollars, it can be easily understood such crazy behavior made by him.

The scene gives me the deepest impression is the homeless father and son lingered on the bench in the subway station and looked at each other in silence. Chris came up with an idea to relief Christopher’s

depression. He imagined that they were surrounded by terrible monsters and needed to find a cave to hide themselves. Of course, there is

definitely no cave in the subway stations. Chris and his son curled up on the floor covered with bumf in the toilet. In order not to be disturbed, he shut the door and fastened the bolt from the inside. When hearing the knock at the door, Chris only could put his feet against the door and bury Christopher’s ears. At that moment, tears poured down his cheeks.

Finally, Chris got the job with an annual salary of 0.8 million dollars. They walked to their home and smiled to everyone.

This movie touches the chord in my heart. It wasn’t easy to scratch out a living in those hard times. Sometimes, you may get stuck. You meet difficulties and you feel sad, but you have to take heart and spare no efforts to solve problems. It will be a hard process, but perhaps after all your tries, you’ll find a way out. Just like sometimes you turn the Rubik’s Cube and discover the mass bees all in order.

We should pursue happiness on our own. When we face difficulties, we’d better think about Chris’s situation, and I’m sure that nothing will hurt you anymore. After keeping trying and going through hard life, you’ll find happiness is just around the corner.

At the end of this movie, Chris Gardner himself brushed past the actor Will Smith. Christopher uttered “Knock, knock, knock”, which was the sound of happiness.

Let’s take the letter i instead of the letter y in happiness.

You got a dream, you gotta protect it. If you want something, go get it.

当快乐来敲门英文观后感(十三)

Some Feelings about The Pursuit of Happiness

“You got a dream, you gotta protect it”, a saying in this movie, is really a shock to me. It goes without saying that this movie is a special encouraging movie, in which Christopher Gardner, played by Will Smith, spared no efforts to realize his dream and never gave up. In fact, the encouraging movies are playing an important role in the market of movie in China as well as American.

Firstly, Im willing to say some words about Will Smith, the leading role of this movie. Through the movie “I Am Legend”, I start to pay attention to this actor. In the past, in my mind, he usually was the symbol of hero. However, in this movie, he became a pitiful poor man but showed us his love for his son and ambition to future.

Here are some abstracts from this movie: Never had Christopher Gardner seen his father until the year when he is 28 years old, As a result, he determined to be a good father inpetently. However, just as an old saying goes, “not every thing goes well in our life”, this single father lived an unfavorable life in which he experienced the unemployment and was abandoned by his wife at the same time. At last, what he owned was his son. To make his son happy, Gardner had no choice but worked hard and took every opportunity to make money. In the process of pursuing the success, he used to sell the medical equipment, stay in the prison for owing money, peted for a job without salary for six months and even lived in the WC. Under this tough circumstance where we, ordinary people, may give up just at the very beginning, he insisted on encouraging himself and get over the setbacks and barriers. Finally, all difficulties had to give in, he succeeded in accessing to a securities pany and started his new li

fe as a bottom staff. At last, he eventually became a renowned financial investor. He believed that if one person makes a good effort, happiness will e tomorrow.

After watching it, many thoughts struck to me. At the beginning of the movie, Chris saw a wrong word on the wall, and said the famous sentence: There is no Y in happiness, the only thing we can do is striving for our own happiness voluntarily. Indeed, whoever you are, you have to experience some pain or failure in your life, which is not associated with your appearance, nationality or gender. Just take us, some ungraduated students of UESTC, theres no denying the fact that we are faced with much pressure ing from our parents, subjects and future prospect. However, in parison with Chris, we have dormitories to live, have friends to share sorrow and happiness, have freedom to enjoy, do we really have qualification to plain about our life?

Personally, from now on, to be an optimistic man. Whatever happens, just like Chris said, “If you want something, go to get it, happiness will e tomorrow.”

A Review of《The Pursuit of Happiness》

I have seen《The Pursuit of Happiness》 several days ago , but I cant forget Chris and his spirits until now . To be honest , this move is really a big shock to me , and the strong power in Chris has been influencing me all the time .

My views on the story

After the move ,I thought of many things :we hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equally , that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights ,that among these are life ,liberty and the pursuit of happiness . I think Chris must have read the above paragraph for many times and believed it unswervingly.

At the beginning of the move, after Chris has sent Christopher to the kindergarten , he saw a wrong word on the wall ,and said the famous sentence : There is no Y in happiness ,the only thing we can do is striving for our own happiness voluntarily .Just like Chris do.

The silly scene of taking a bus was a part of Chris Gardners life , in the move , Chris Gardner ,a poor father ,who had his wife left him ,because she couldt handle her life without financial security .while Chris was selling medical equipment to doctors , she decided get away from her poor family . Although under great pressure , Chris chose to stick it out, and fight for what he known he can do ,for him ,and for his son. He is strong in spirit ,whatever barriers he meet ,he just continued his work and never stopped running .but it looks like that god likes to play tricks with him , he had gone through more hardships than others before the final success .

I think it is really a good move ,we are unique and we are ourselves ,just hold a dream and do what you can do ,and do your best ,dont ever let somebody tell you that you cant do something .If you want something ,go and get it . It is said that the move is from a true story ,so we should believe the sentence that “Everything is possible” .

Like Chriss forefathers ,who posses the desire and the passion to live it ,who dream the American dream . In the end he finally made his dream e true ,he became a banker. “Hey ,dad ,listen to this ,knock, knock ”I know who was there .he was happiness .

The Pursuit of Happiness is really an excellent move , after watching it ,I cant calm my heart down for a long time, there are tears on my face ,but smile in my heart ,I think Chris is a good example for all of us ,just be optimistic and go to realize your dream.

当快乐来敲门英文观后感(十五)

You have a dream, you got to protect it -

----after watching“ Pursuit of Happyness”

I finish watch this movie with a heavy heart. To be frank, "The

Pursuit of Happyness" is a simple inspirational movie. There is not pretty actors, no fancy pictures, no touching music…But it can also attract you deeply. Many scattered fragments of the movie again and again flashed in my mind.I think I am touched by the movie.

This film is about a poor father called Christ Gardner. Every day, Christ had to work hard from morning till night, but still could hardly make a living. He bought 50 bone scanners and wanted to sale these to make a change. But he failed, his wife left ,leaving him their five-year-old son, Christopher. With the failure of his business, Christ had no money to pay for the rent, so they were driven away from the flat. They slept in asylum, subway station ,public bathroom or anywhere as a temporary shelter. The destitution of life was absolutely depressing, but Christ never gave up and he still strongly believed that happiness would e one day if he worked hard enough today. With his great efforts, Christ won a six-month internship at Dean Witter, but there was no pay at all. So Christ had to work hard to make a living. However, Finally, Christ made it with his amazing willpower

It is said that this movie is inspired by a true story, and I want to say, this movie does inspire me a lot. What impressed me most is: when Chris saw a graffiti in the "happyness" spelling error, he said these

words—“There is no y in happiness, There is i.”. This line is extremely clever setting, it also aims to express through the entire film. Yes, we have to make happiness all by ourselves. Christ’s wife left him because of life pressure; Christ’s love to his son and Christ’s strong belief towards life. Through these, I know that it is not easy to be a good husband and a good Papa, since in reality, only love can make everything. And I also learn that one has to strongly believe in himself, no matter how difficult the situation is, but of course, hard-working is indispensable

“You got a dream, you gotta protect it. People can't do something themselves, they wanna tell you you can't do it.If you want something, go get it. Period.” No pains ,no gains. Everyone of us has to try our best to pursuit the happiness of ours.

当快乐来敲门英文观后感(十七)

The classic literary works is full of spiritual strength to impress people, "the pursuit of happyness" a small investment in the film, no special effects, gorgeous scenes, deep music, however, is relying on the simple story, everyone may experience and the feeling is enough to conquer Hollywood and the audience. The film brings us a lot of reflection, and here I focus on talking about the work team, the workplace some experience.

Do not experience wind and rain, how can see the rainbow, plum flower. At the end of the movie Chris was officially informed when hiring, rapid red eyes, trembling hands, mouth repeated thanks, ing and going to the shuttle in the crowd, as at the moment part of my Narrator: This life, it called happiness! This is happiness, real happiness...... In these daily life, we all may know how to bine with the work and guide the actual work, which is worth thinking for every manager and the professionals. The management environment of enterprises in reality we will find how to motivate employees, allowing employees to work at the same time willingly and gladly, have a heart of Thanksgiving, there is an art. The film Chris finally get the opportunity to work when the efforts and hardships are from the heart, and we can see the job, the rules of the game is set up, which is six months without wages, 20 people selected one of the best performance, the rules for the participation of people sincerely con

vinced yuandufushu. It enlightens us that we do in the management incentive system when, how to ensure open, fair and let the athletic men fear the rules, respect the opponent to the achievements of the pany, there is an old saying "no China homogene, Haidilao recently is an admirable enterprise employee the quality and benefits are not high, but the happiness is from the inside to convey to each customer, suppliers and even petitors, the industry have bee the object of imitation. The system is based on the design and management concept of human nature, based on the concern of human nature, and individuals believe that this is the cornerstone of it.

How should I do the incentive from the pany, I want to bee resources stem from the pany, the initiative, enthusiasm and initiative, "the pursuit of happyness" in which also shows its mysteries, when a bunch of intern experience of practical training day, director of the Office pointed across tell you the specific the task is what after all crazy rushed to the front line, because they know their every step, every call to myself what mean. There is a test of each management intelligence, when staff motivation, not only yourselves, also give the detailed scheme of bread, all the work will lay in a small flow, a telephone, a drawing, and at the same time, so that employees can clearly see their own efforts to how much harvest instead, their ine allocate resources based on the person's mood and face. Experienced trainers know doing group activities assigned to the item if you can get the value of general play, props are very small, if the design of a small activity score and get the final props

, props will be more attention and use up. It contains the mitment consistency of one of the six most important human influences in social psychology, that is, the more difficult it is to get a thing, the more attention it can get.

Different people have different views, one thousand eyes of the audience have one thousand Hamlett, "when happiness to knock" this movie, I believe everyone will look after their thinking, do some personal views on humanity, fairness and initiative in this paper only from the incentive management system.

当快乐来敲门英文观后感(十八)

I don’t know for sure whether it is the cold or the movie that kept me tossing and turning in bed, but one thing is certain: many scattered fragments of the movie again and again flashed in my mind. My cell phone read 4:16 am at that time, but I was not sleepy at all. So I decided to get up and write something.

"The Pursuit of Happyness" -- the title es from a misspelled schoolhouse mural -- has a lot on its mind but mostly this: If America is about the promise of bettering oneself, why does it have to be so freaking hard? In the movie, Jefferson's Declaration of Independence words about happiness kept recurring to Chris Gardner. Every day, Christ had to work hard from morning till night, but still could hardly make a living. Chris saw a bunch of suits, mostly male, pouring out of the Dean Witter Reynolds brokerage firm in downtown San Francisco. They all looked “happy,” “Why not me? “ Christ wondered. He did have an adorable boy, Christopher, but wife Linda was being a scarecrow of overworked anxiety. Finally, his wife left Christ because of life pressure, leaving him and her five-year-old son, Christopher. And naturally, Christ became a single father.

With the failure of his business, Christ had no money to pay for the rent, so they were driven away from the flat. They became homeless. They slept in asylum, subway station public bathroom or anywhere as a temporary shelter. The destitution of life was absolutely depressing, but for his son’s future, for his own belief, Christ never gave up and he still strongly believed that happiness would e one day if he worked hard enough today.

With his great efforts, Christ won a six-month internship at Dean Witter, but there was no pay at all. So on one hand, Christ had to work hard to make a living; on the other hand, he had to fight for his intern work, since only one of the twenty interns would succeed finally. Besides, he had to take good care of his son after day care. However, Christ made it with his amazing willpower.

Christ was unfortunate, for he got a wife who was not understandable at all (though she has her own difficulties) and was in bad luck with his business. But he was very fortunate also, for he got a son who was very thoughtful and, I think, tough life experiences always make a great person.

It is said that this movie is inspired by a true story, and I want to say, this movie does inspire me a lot. What impressed me most are: Christ’s wife left him because of life pressure; Christ’s love to his son and Christ’s strong belief towards life. Through these, I know that it is not easy to be a good husband and a good Papa, since in reality, only love cannot only make everything. And I also learn that one has to strongly believe in himself, no matter how difficult the situation is, but of course, hard-working is indispensable.

I like to watch The Pursuitof Happyness.

From Gardner, who realized that what I do is the real men and how to do good isthe real father.

Christopher was from, I feel the child's innocence and ignorance, how is the good son.

You gotta dream, you gotta protect it. If you have a dream, you theprotection on it.

This is a great father to his son's care and education Christopher.

In many cases, we would like to see a movie may be silly to pass the time, saying that some of the good, or it may be trained to listen to hearing Englishspoken. This inspirational film, I look at it with the problem. What I can learn.

From despair to find hope out of society, have no choice but to work hard, as long as solely, nothing is insurmountable unless heaven or hell.

Christopher's cute in his ignorance and innocence which Christopher has always been the man could in his father through thick and thin, no plaints. I'm impressed the most is his father said to him "I trust you",

I think this is that they are able to Gardner in countless ting in front of the biggest setbacks from the power and reason.

当快乐来敲门英文观后感(十九)

Happiness? Whenever I see these two words, there is always a nameless impulse in my heart, if I ask: Are you happy? I'm afraid most people would say: I'm happy. What is happiness? Happiness is the pursuit of ideals, family harmony, children well - behaved. If you don't think you are happy then go out of your way to let happiness knock on your door.

Chris, the hero of The Pursuit of Happiness, is a clever salesman who works hard but can never make his family rich. His wife, Linda, held multiple jobs by herself, but finally could not bear the pressure of life and left. His career failed. Chris was forced to pay taxes by the government after he sold all the money for the scanner. Fortunately, After a lot of hard work, Chris finally got an internship with a stock investment pany. There was no salary during the internship, and very few people would be hired. But Chris knew that this was his last chance. Although the poverty of his life was devastating, Chris worked his way up to bee a successful investment specialist.

Chris is a man who dares to face reality and accept responsibility. He is a good father who always protects and creates happiness for himself and his son. After watching this film, I couldn't help but ask myself: Can I do that too? Can I face and go through as much misery and misery as Chris? Have you always believed and been moving towards your goals? I will tell myself a simple test failure, will make you give up? If I had cried before, but now is not the same, I grow up, I can confidently tell myself: no, not. I will certainly be like Chris. Chris can achieve success not only because of his hard work and positive attitude, but also because of the goals he identified and fought for, even if the road is hard. Happiness and dreams are inseparable, set a goal, have a clear pursuit, there is a dream, this is also happiness.

There is a good saying: things are other people's fate is their own. Since I can't change the world, but I can change myself; I don't know others, but I can control myself; I cannot predict tomorrow, but I can dominate today. Even if my flowers are very light, they are valuable and precious. My future is up to me. Every little bit should be fully invested. In fact, happiness is very close to us, sometimes, just need a hand out of the action, you can harvest happiness.

As Chris said to his son at basketball: "We should want something, we have to get it, even if someone tells you can't." Each of us is unique, we only brave big step forward, one day, we will also hear happiness before the door of "dong Dong Dong dong" sound, please must firmly grasp it, do not let it slip away in the hands.

当快乐来敲门英文观后感(二十)

The movie is the cause of a man named Chris Gardiner's father is not smooth, life, only everyday in major hospitals, by selling bone density scanner for students. He stumbled upon the fact that a stockbroker didn't necessarily need a college diploma, but he worked for it as long as he knew numbers and relationships. At the same time, his wife left him with the help of a small cube, it allows the examiner to him so he got to sit up and take notice, for a period of 6 months of training opportunities, but it also means that he will lose all ine during this period, he hesitated, but finally decided to cherish this the opportunity. But heaven seemed to oppose him. One after another of the car tickets seized all his savings. Because of the lack of money, their father and son were once again homeless. Helpless, they had to find shelter. Every day, Chris carries his luggage to the training! Because the son, he orders for far less time than others, so he never rest, never stop, call the footsteps, is

such a hard, love the child in his last won the leadership of the trust, won the precious opportunity to do as a stockbroker, he shouted to go on the streets, for their applause!!! At the end of the film, the real hero of the story hits the soy sauce through the camera, and I sigh, "this is a successful man."!

This story makes me feel great, in fact, our life is nothing more than that, who can not meet difficulties and setbacks, we should learn how to actively face him, rather than just escape. In our opinion, happiness means having fun every day, less homework, more efficiency and better grades! But at that time, that Chris's happiness is that his son can be happy, the family can eat and wear warm, but the premise of his happiness is to sell more bone scanner! Our happiness is the tentacle can obtain, but Chris's happiness is actually extremely difficult, his happiness has not e easy, that is he uses his two hands to toil laboriously!!

Chris on the road to success, I met many stumbling blocks, Chris was forced to wander around, let me feel the most is the father and son have no place to shelter, went to the subway station toilet pad, a few papers, Chris holding his son, his son in his arms was asleep, he looked at his son. Face, looked up at the ceiling, a face of helpless, sad face, a face of helpless, he paid too much, but have too little, the difficulties he experienced is the ordinary people to understand his sufferings, maybe I have never met a not and his difficulties, unremittingly, for themselves and their families and hard work and courteous to others is what we should learn.

We may not like Chris to bee the world's attention after the strong wind and big waves, people, but we can start from small things, for the sake of class, school and family, we can also bee a hero!
